Job Description
We are the scuba diving equipment manufacturing company, looking for highly proficient candidate with strong math, organizational, and time management skills.
This position will primarily be responsible for administering our account Collections program as well as processing & maintaining E-Commerce portals, orders, returns, and settlements, as well as providing customer service support.
- Collections and maintaining collections database
- E-Commerce Order Processing and portal administration
- General Customer service phone and order processing support
- General Office duties including answering phones, filing, composing correspondence, sending out company information as needed, etc.
Education: Some college preferred.
Experience: 2+ years similar experience in accounting/collections/administration desired.
Required Computer Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office 365
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Japanese speaking a plus
- Able to understand and carry out written & oral instructions
- Work independently and as a member of a team
Selected candidate must successfully pass a background check prior to beginning employment.

Pay: $39,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
